Personal Training
At The Place, our personal training is built around you. Every session is a personalized, custom-made plan designed around your goals—whether that’s getting stronger, moving better, leaning out, building confidence in the gym, or improving performance for life and sport. You’ll get true one-on-one attention from start to finish, with coaching that’s focused on quality movement, smart progression, and consistency so you keep improving safely and steadily.
We also offer a Personal Training 10-Pack for clients who want structure and momentum. Along with your private sessions, the 10-Pack includes one hour of Open Gym on Saturday or Sunday, giving you dedicated time to practice, move, and build on what you’re learning—while still being part of The Place community.
Small Group Training
Small Group Training at The Place is the perfect middle ground between personal training and larger classes. Sessions are kept to 2–4 people, and the groups are formed by me to make sure the training fits well and everyone benefits. You can show up with a friend (or two or three friends) and reserve your spot together. It’s a great way to save a few dollars while still getting very close coaching attention, plus customized workouts built around the group’s goals, ability levels, and what you’re working on.
